1 : Please contact me with the type of session (proposal, elopement, pre-wedding, family portrait, solo), date, location, and any other details about your request.
2 : A deposit of JPY 15,000 is required to secure your booking for all sessions. Payments can be made via PayPal.
3 : After your session is booked, we will communicate mainly via WhatsApp. Further details can be discussed on the day of the shoot. For wedding or special events, we recommend a pre-consultation, either in person or via ZOOM.
4 : For pre-wedding session typically starts at your hotel for hair and makeup. For another sessions, we will meet at your chosen location and begin shooting.
Please note that hotels in the Hoshinoya chain do not allow external individuals to enter, so please keep this in mind when planning. Additionally, for other hotels, we recommend confirming in advance whether the hair and makeup artist can enter your room.
5 : For pre-wedding, elopement, proposal tour sessions, we will arrange transportation (our car or rental car) to return you to your residence or hotel after the session.
6 : Selected photos will be available for pick-up within 5 days after the shoot. All photos will be delivered within 3 weeks after your session.
7 : Albums, if ordered, will be delivered 3 months after your session.
