Q : How do I reserve a photo session?
A : Please fill out the contact form on the Contact page and click submit. Details of your photo shoot should be included in the submission. The deposit will be payable after your reservation is accepted.
Q : After the deposit is paid, when is the balance payable?
A : The balance is payable after the shooting session is over. Payments can be made by cash or PayPal.
Q : If I cancel my reservation is my deposit refunded?
A : I’m sorry but deposits are non-refundable.
Q : I do not have a dress or a tuxedo. Do you have renral drss? Is it possible to try on the dress or tuxedo before the shoot to ensure they fit?
A : Sorry we don't have rental dress, please bring it your ownself. That's reason almost my client is traveling to Japan and busy schedule, it is difficult to take a fitting time and scheduring. However I can provide Kimono rental.
Q : How many times may I change clothes on the session day?
A : You may only change clothes if moving to an additional location.
Q : If it rains on the day of my photo shoot, is it possible to reschedule?
A : During the cherry blossom season and leaf-changing season most days are already pre-booked and rescheduling is difficult. Photo shoots will therefore happen rain or shine. However, if the rain is extreme and provided your schedule can accommodate it, it may be possible to postpone the shoot to the next available date. Please inquire.
Q : If we are interested in the Couple(engagement photo) session in Tokyo, is it possible to also order as an option the hair and make-up?
A : No problem! The cost is JPY:25,000-.
Q : In the Vacation and engagement session package, can we wear a kimono and do the shoot in Kyoto?
A : No problem! The price in this case would be:
Vacation package basic plan: JPY45,000
Kimono rental：JPY 25,000
Hair make up for you :JPY 25000
Location fee in Kyoto：JPY 35,000
Total：JPY 130,000
Q : Will the photographs be edited and retouched?
A : Yes, all photos will be edited and brightness and colour balance will be adjusted.
Q : Can we see a sample of your hair and make-up?
A : We do not have sample photos of hair and make-up to view online, however, please specify what style you are looking for and I can have our talented hair and make-up artist send you a sample photo.
Q : I want to take a photograph with the cherry blossoms. Can you recommend the best time and place for this?
A : The best time for the Japanese cherry blossoms changes from year-to-year. Typically the best time is from mid February to early March, or from early March to the end of April. There are lots of beautiful places and we can discuss which is best before the shoot.
Q : I want to take a photograph in the snow. Can you recommend a good location? What is the best time of year?
A : Mid-December to early February is the best time for snow photos. Locations will depend on what is convenient for you.
